1. General Terms and Conditions
A. As our commitment to a healthy & eco-friendly environment, we appreciate your support NOT to smoke in the room & only use the designated areas.
B. We would also need the detail information prior to guest check in date in order to input GST number. It can’t be updated post check out.
D. Any kind of pickup & drop to the closest airport, railway station and bus station will be on availability and on extra charge.
E. All services should be booked prior to arrival, charges will differ as per location and services
F. All reservations would have to be guaranteed by advance deposit, in absence of the same, the reservation shall be released by 12:00 hrs without notice. (For group bookings -as percontract)

2. Check In & Check Out Time
• Our standard check in time is 14:00 hrs and check out time is 12:00 hrs.
• Early check-in / late check-out & extension of stay will be subject to availability and may icur additional charges.
• Children of the age of 05 Years (above 3.5 feet height) and above will be considered as adults for which an extra adult rate + taxes shall be applied.
• Any changes in taxes levied by the central or state government will apply from the date such taxes are in force.
• All guests are required to produce govt. approved Photo Identity proof of identification upon check-in ( it includes voter id card, aadhar card, driving license & passport / visa in case of oreign nationals.)
• We do not allow any outside food & liquor in our hotel premises.
• The hotel reserves the rights of admission. Visitors are not allowed on resident floors.

• By selecting to use VITS-KAMATS facility you hereby agree to be enrolled as a VITSCOINS DINERS CLUB members
• You will be entitle to earn and redeem points @ 1Point= 1 Rupees at all outlets of VITS-KAMATS Hotel group- Pan India*
• You will be entitle for many Complimentary privileges as per VITS CPOINS DINER CLUB Membership plans
• Regular update on offers, Usage score, Points accumulation and redemption will be updated by VCDC customer care.

• We are constantly update COVID – 19 operational guidelines for our guest coming for stay or dinning
• All staffs are “Fully vaccinated”.
• All guest are advised to update themselves with travelling state policy of quarantine and Covid- 19 Protocols.
• All guest booked direct- by agent- by portal- by corporate- walk in will be liable for fast track health check up on arrival
• A guest consent letter of self-declaration will be mandatory for all guest upon check-in to acknowledge and cooperate on the new Normal service deliveries as per local government advice.
• Using sanitizing stations and maintaining Social distance is mandatory at all public places
• Prior intimation to Front Office for check out & advance submission of identity proof for arrival should be submitted to avoid crowd at Reception to avoid crowd at reception
• Disposable Mask/Gloves to be disposed only in designated area
• We encourage Online payment- Please avoid cash transaction to maintain social distance
• Many regular services in outlets like, Spa, Swimming pool may not be operational in some places due to local government guidelines
• Any guest found with body temp above 98.6 F will not be allowed to check in During stay if any Guest is found with temperature more than 98*F, will be liable to inform Hotel Risk management team at Front Office and liable to be transferred to health facility .
• T&C in regards to COVID-19 guidelines can change as a when updated by Local medical authorities, with or without notice.
